Annie loves the potty
By sandi | June 22, 2005
For about a month now Annie has been talking about pee pee. Her sister, Kimberly, talks about poop. If you go into the bathroom without them they stand outside the door asking “pee pee” or “poop.”
Lately, Annie has been going on the potty often. Today when I was changing their diapers before nap Annie insisted that she needed to go “pee pee.” In my mind I thought “oh great, this is going to stall nap” but, like a good little Mommy, I put her on the potty. I went to go change Kimberly and then I hear a tinkle.
Annie was so proud of herself. She did a potty dance and I joined in with her! What a good little girl.

How wonderful! I hope she keeps it up for you! Are you going to start putting her in pullups?

WTG ANNIE!!!
I wish Kurt and Shelby were as ready as Annie!!!! I know I’m ready for that particular line item in my budget to be gone! They sure tell me when they have a “yucky” (wet or soiled), but do NOT, and I mean emphatically NOT wanna sit on the potty.

Congratulations to Annie!!
I say if she’s wanting to sit on the potty.. then she is quite ready for potty training. (But then again, what do I know!) *grin*
