I gave her fruit loops on Saturday morning and no reaction. I must assume then that it was the peanut butter :( I love peanut butter and am sad that it will not be a part of my little Kimmie's life. Hopefully we can try again after the age of two and she will be okay.

Very scary indeed! I would think it would be the peanut butter. I am so glad she is better now and that it wasn't a worse reaction.

Wow, that is scary. Nut allergies are very serious, I am so glad that Kimmie is ok. Will you do some allergy testing with her to find out if that was what caused it?

I needed Bactine the other day and did not have any. I am going to write the suggestions down and do a little shopping myself. Great idea.

epicac...I think that it, it's suppose to make you throw up. Sometimes it's good to get what went in out and sometimes it's better it stays in.

Just make sure that you get stuff that has a far off expiration date and that you check your medicine cabinet periodically & discard the expired meds.

Oh and another thing that I've found very helpful is feverall suppositories for a child that has a high fever and can't keep anything down.

Well, you already know about benedryl, tylenol and motrin.

For a well stocked medicine cabinent I would suggest: cortizone cream, neosporin, hydrogen peroxide, rubbin alcohol, solorcain, charcoal, calamine lotion, pepto bismal, glycerin suppositories, chloriseptic, visine...

Ummm, I think that's all!

What a relief she didn't have any more serious reactions! How scarey!
