“Those don’t match” ~Kimberly Said to me this morning when she saw me with a mismatched pajama outfit on. Maybe she can help her father out with her new skill.
She just loves computer devices. She is stealthy with handling the iPod and she loves to get ahold of a laptop. She most often watches the Shamu cam. Here she is. Look at that devilish grin.
These are the fabrics I picked out for this round of sewing. This is my favorite. I am going to pair it with some violet polka dot ribbon. I will get the shirt I made today up tomorrow. I forgot to take a picture of it today when Kimberly claimed it and wore it until [...]
For ages I have been obsessed with boutiquish clothing for my girls. Problem is I cannot stand the thought of paying that much money for something that they could stain or just wear a short time. (Slightly laughing there as my children grow so slowly that it takes them ages to change from a size!) [...]
I went to tuck the girls in before bed last night and found Mimi sleeping with her dog, Penny. Honestly I thought that baby drove that dog nuts but I guess she loves her even still. I have to share the pic with you. By the way, Mimi loves her big girl bed now.
I have never been a small girl. I can accept that and honestly I don’t feel too fat nor do I feel ugly. I think I am quite the gorgeous thing and so does Bill. Shouldn’t that be enough? I think so. Now balance that with the fact that I am in fact overweight and [...]
“What did you do today at work Dad?” ~Kimberly “Worked on my computer.” ~Daddy “And then what?” ~Kimberly Bill and I could barely keep a straight face. She often sounds like she is grown. Kimberly has certainly taken over as the alpha female amongst her sisters. Heck, over me too, for that matter. She really [...]
I am so excited. I finally found a gym for the girls that is going to be a perfect fit for us. I have been looking for some time and it was so hard. I kept finding places that were so competitve, and I am talking about for 3 year olds and under, or they [...]
Madeline is doing much better today. She woke up happy after sleeping the entire night in her new bed. She is now in there laying down for her nap. I am glad she is coming around. OF course her sisters are still so elated to have her in there.
Mimi does not like change and neither do I. I should have remembered that, but I didn’t. I should have noticed my freak out and known she would follow in suit. Bill and I had been discussing putting all three girls together. It seems that Mimi has been kinda lonely lately and we want to [...]
*Disclaimer – Do not read if you don’t want to hear a sappy Mommy crying over her baby growing up too fast. This day has come so quickly. I generally am one to embrace the children growing up with great gusto. This one has me stopped in my tracks. I took a picture of her [...]
Mimi just got out of her crib tonight! She did not hurt herself during this little stunt. I am so not ready for her to be out of her crib.
Today I took the girls shopping. I have been wanting some pink crocs for a while so I headed out to get them this morning. The girls and I had a great time shopping. We went to the bath and body store and they tried on some lotion and lip gloss. We went and checked [...]
After 3 long years I have finally completed Annie’s baby blanket. I began it before she was born and finished it today! Annie just loves it!
The girls were out on their swingset! They love it!
“I don’t want to be a big girl. Mimi do you want to grow big?” ~ Annie She said this this morning when she did not want to eat her cherrios. BTW Mimi didn’t want to either.
That is what happened. Grammy and Papa had bought Kimmie, Annie and Mimi a combined gift of one of those ride-on horses. Sadly it was not very stable and had to be returned. Grammy and Papa were on the look-out for one that was much more stable. More like the one Mommy had when she [...]
Friday we took the kids to the zoo. They had a great time. Aunt Steph went along with us since she had never been that zoo before. They loved feeding the lory birds apples. Kimberly was so brave with them and allowed one to sit on her arm and eat. Annie was caring for these [...]
Unfortunately we have caught what everyone else in the world seems to have. The kids have runny noses and coughs. Bill is even coming down with it. Unfortunately Mimi has double ear infections because her tubes are blocked with wax!! My poor baby.« Previous Entries
