While you were sleeping

By sandi | December 2, 2008

If everything went as planned we met our son while you were blissfully sleeping. We will try to get a post and a picture from that experience up for you when we can. Since we can’t here is a video from the moment we met Annie.

You were in my thoughts and prayers as I fell asleep last night. I hope you had a great first day with Paul.

I cannot believe that you are hopefully holding your son in your harms right now! It is the best feeling to the start of my day knowing that you are safe and now with such blessings! We love you and will keep praying for your safe return! :0)

I fell asleep knowing that Paul was in your arms, where he belongs.
I hope you’re loving each other to bits right now and that while you miss the girls, it’s not so much to take away from this experience.

I look forward to hearing the stories upon your return!

Gwen… It is so great to hear an update from Africa!! Thank you so much for logging in to relay the message. I am looking forward to hearing more about sweet, little Paul soon. Hopefully their bags make it to them sooner than later.

    Take care with the girls!
