You may remember the cooling issue we were recently having. They finally came today to install the new unit.
The one perk to having your parents spend a fortune on a new air conditioner is that for a couple of minutes the crane operator allows you to hang from the hook!

That is an expensive ride. I feel your pain. We had ours replaced about 3 months ago too. (Ian did not get a ride on the crane.)
