Well visit
By sandi | October 20, 2009
Yesterday we had Paul’s well check. My boy is finally growing well and caught up on his shots. In December he will no longer need to go for every other month checkups. He can finally just go in as needed and at yearly exams.
This is huge for him.
To think of how healthy he has become in a years time is amazing to me.
We had his Hep B checked again and at the moment it is undetectable in his blood stream. We will check it once more in six months. If that one registers as undetected as well we will assume that the Hep B is gone. He will also be tested to make sure he has built up enough immunity to Hep B. If that has occurred he will be able to skip the Hep B shots.
He will need to go back to the endocrinologist and have his thyroid checked this winter. I have a feeling that it will be much better. He seems so healthy now.
He is weighing in at 26 pounds and is 25 inches tall. He is finally gaining a good amount of weight. Woohoo! Three cheers for my little man!

WOW! 26 lbs? That’s fantastic! I too cannot believe the change. I remember when I first saw his referral picture and fell in love with him but couldn’t believe how TINY he was. Now he is just a regular little boy. It’s amazing what you and Bill and the girls have done: good food, loads of love, lots of attention = uber healthy Mr. Paul!
