Another first :(

Monday, November 28th, 2005

Today I had to give Annie her first spanking ever. I think it was harder on me then on her but who knows. I know I am still sad about it and she is napping. After I gave her the swat I gave her a hug and told her that she [...]

We are off

Tuesday, April 19th, 2005

We are heading to the hospital. I do not think I am in labor but, I have been dizzy all day and have a headache. I am having cramps and backpain. I feel like something is wrong. Not quite sure what it is. Hopefully they can tell us at the [...]

Pre Labor

Monday, April 11th, 2005

I am sure that I am in the beginning of labor. However, this phase can last from days to weeks. Who knows when she will come. I guess she is just letting us know that she is a true Brown, very difficult. I guess they get that from Bill

Nursery is painted

Sunday, April 10th, 2005

I know what you all are thinking. You are thinking that we have had plenty of time to get this done. Well, not so fast, it is pretty hard to get much of anything done with two toddlers running about. Finally Grammy and Grampy Gatti came over today to get the room [...]

Friday, December 3rd, 2004

We had our level 2 ultrasound this morning. Everything is looking great. 4 chambers of the heart. 2 great looking kidneys and the sweetest little face. The baby was moving all around and having a great time. The ultrasound technichian could not tell 100% but she thinks that little bit [...]

Kimmie can stack blocks.

Thursday, December 2nd, 2004

Kimberly can stack blocks. She has been working on it and trying to make them sit on top off each other. But she was not able to. Several days ago she finally mastered it. She can build towers three blocks high! Way to go Kimmie!

another interesting wives tale

Tuesday, November 30th, 2004

I am having copious amounts of heartburn. The Old Wives Tales say that means that the new baby will have lots of hair!!! How cute!
Kimberly is finally eating more these days. Two more molars are busting through her gums. She allowed me to feel them yesterday, so I know they are [...]

getting excited!

Monday, November 29th, 2004

I am getting excited and nervous as the big day approaches us. We have our level 2 ultrasound on Friday morning. I am nervous to make sure that everything is working appropriately. And to make sure that the baby is growing well. Of course, I am overjoyed at the thought of [...]

Little Bit is definitely a Brown!

Monday, November 8th, 2004

Today I had to go to the Dr. because I had been having contractions throughout the weekend. Not a good thing for someone only 14 weeks along. They checked me out and did an ultrasound and everything looked good. Not sure what is causing the contractions just that they are not dialating [...]

News!

Wednesday, October 27th, 2004

Annie:Today she wanted to eat with a spoon at dinner. So I poked a carrot and let her hold it. Immediately she put the fork in her mouth and went back to spar another carrot. It took her a couple of times to figure the whole process out but she can [...]

Sad day of sorts

Friday, October 15th, 2004

Today is a sad day of sorts. Aside from the fact that Annie fell this morning and got a bloody eye, Kimberly is turning one this weekend. I know that many of you see this more as a happy time than a sad one but, it is hard. This year has been [...]

Feeling something strange

Monday, October 4th, 2004

I took my eyes off the girls for one second today and of course they went exploring. They found Vaseline. When I looked at them Annie had her hand inside the jar and was squishing it between her fingers. As I came toward her she started to put her hand near her [...]

Punkin’ heads

Monday, October 4th, 2004

When I was at Target this weekend I bought the girls pumkin Trick-or-Treat bags. They are the ones that look like jack-o-lanterns with a handle. Kimberly throws hers down most of the time. She does this with most everything. Then Annie comes along and carries both, hers and her sisters. [...]

EEEK! Running!

Monday, September 27th, 2004

EeK! Annie ran across the room today!!!!! She did not fall and was very proud of herself. I do not know where this new little adventure is going to take us. I am getting out my running shoes just to be prepared.

Sorry so long since an update!

Sunday, September 26th, 2004

So much has been going on since our trip. I am sorry, but I have been so busy to write an update.
The Girls are growing by leaps and bounds! The new shoes finally came in and they are beautiful. The girls are getting used to wearing them when we go out. [...]

Both on the Move

Friday, August 27th, 2004

Today Kimberly took 2 steps to her Grandma Gatti. Grandma was so excited and happy. I just can’t believe that they are both so mobile! They are able to get into so much more now. My little explorers!

Bubble Bath

Tuesday, August 24th, 2004

Today I was feeling crummy. Annie is teething and both girls have had diarrhea since Thus. Now Bill is home with the same problem. So I decided to take a bubble bath. Kimberly was up so I let her crawl around in my bathroom. She loves to explore the closet. [...]

To my baby

Wednesday, August 18th, 2004

Please excuse me for a moment while I send these thoughts out into the universe: Elizabeth Irene Mommy loves you just as much as ever. I miss you terribly today and long for a day when we will meet again!

Kimmie is so sensitive

Friday, August 13th, 2004

Kimberly has had a rash on her bottom that would not go away. I tried many different remedies. Except putting her in a baking soda bath, which my mother swore would fix the problem. At any rate, she had the rash for over a week and being the nervous mother that I [...]
